The Crash | ||
A careless moment in the car Resulted in a crash. I learned to look both near and far To stop another smash. I froze with fear before she hit, Too late to turn aside. But none of us was hurt a bit Except my foolish pride. Although our car was mangled well We lived to tell the tale. With God's protection we do dwell. His love is never stale. The car is not a tragic loss. It could have been much worse. Because we have such lucky joss We didn't need a hearse. | ||
